Several new tools will be available from Gerber later this year: Grappler, Octane, & Strata.  The Grappler is Gerber's first multi-tool with locking pliers.  There's a video demo of the Grappler (as well as a video demo of the Octane) by a Gerber representative on invodo.com.  In the video, the Gerber rep calls it "the first Vise-Grip multi-tool" but perhaps he meant that it is the first multi-plier with locking pliers that are deployed with Gerber's patented opening mechanism.  Other multi-tools with locking pliers include the Kershaw A100 and Leatherman Crunch.  The Vise-Grip ToolBox and Schrade ST6 actually feature Vise-Grip^TM pliers.
